              Aerobic Dance for the
              Dance-Challenged!
              Zumba is the popular aerobic class that's sweeping the country. Burn 500 calories in an
              hour while dancing to salsa and reggae rhythms.  The class is taught by Traci Boies, certified Zumba instructor, and there's no experience required! Even "dance challenged" individuals will easily catch on, and obtain the benefits, which include stress reduction,
              strength-building, toning and increased energy levels. All you need to bring
              are smooth-bottomed athletic shoes (the less tread, the better) and wear
              comfortable, lightweight clothes. Try it! Zumba  is a fun way to drop extra pounds
              and keep your heart healthy.Classes are ongoing. Drop in anytime...it's

              Meet Our Instructor
              Traci Boes is the newest member of our staff here at White River Yoga. Traci has been certified in Zumba and has been an instructor since July 2011. She was born and raised in the Whitehall/Montague area and is a long time associate at Knoll Office Furniture. Traci has been a dancer since she was old enough to walk. She now finds herself sharing her love for music, dance, and exercise with all that surround her. Please come and join in on the newest dance and exercise revolution.
